TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS.

By purchasing a ticket to, entering the property of, or participating in any attraction or activity at Raisin Hell Ranch (“Raisin Hell Ranch,” “RHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Raisin Hell Ranch is an intense haunted attraction designed to frighten, startle, and scare its guests.

If you or anyone in your party becomes frightened, changes their mind, refuses to enter, leaves the attraction early, or is unable or unwilling to complete the attraction, NO REFUND will be issued.

This includes, without limitation:

A child becoming too scared to continue;
A friend, spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, family member, or other member of your party refusing to enter or continue;
Leaving after the first scene or at any other point during the attraction;
Deciding that the attraction is too scary or intense;
Arriving on the wrong date or at the wrong time;
Missing your scheduled arrival window;
Failing to use some or all of the attractions included with your ticket;
Personal scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation problems, or changes of plans; or
Removal from the property for violating RHR policies.

PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY WANTS TO PARTICIPATE BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the experience is appropriate for their children. Raisin Hell Ranch is not recommended for children 12 years of age or younger. Parental discretion is strongly advised. A frightened child does not qualify the purchaser for a refund.

If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, refunds or other remedies will be handled as required by applicable law.

2. YOUR TIME SLOT IS AN ARRIVAL / LINE-ENTRY WINDOW

When purchasing online, you will select a designated 30-minute time slot.

YOUR TIME SLOT IS NOT A GUARANTEED TIME THAT YOU WILL ENTER THE HAUNTED ATTRACTION.

Your selected time slot represents the 30-minute window during which you should arrive, check in, and enter the appropriate admission line.

For example, a ticket for 7:00 PM–7:30 PM means you should arrive and enter the line during that window. It does not mean you are guaranteed to physically enter the haunted attraction between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

Actual attraction entry times depend on attendance, crowd volume, attraction operations, safety considerations, staffing, group sizes, and guest throughput.

RHR works hard to keep lines moving efficiently; however, wait times are estimates only and are never guaranteed. During busy periods, guests may experience waits approaching or exceeding one hour.

Waiting in line does not entitle a guest to a refund.

3. ONLINE TICKETS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR SELECTED TIME WINDOW

Raisin Hell Ranch limits the number of tickets available for each time slot to manage attendance and reduce excessive wait times.

Purchasing tickets online in advance is the only way to guarantee availability for a particular date and time slot.

Walk-up admission, if offered, is subject entirely to remaining availability and may sell out at any time.

Purchasing a ticket guarantees admission subject to these Terms & Conditions and the ticket purchased. It does not guarantee an exact attraction entry time or wait time.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

Guests should arrive during the time slot shown on their ticket.

Guests who arrive after their scheduled window may be accommodated at the discretion of Raisin Hell Ranch based on capacity and operating conditions. Accommodation of late arrivals is not guaranteed.

If RHR is unable to accommodate a late arrival, the ticket will not be refunded or exchanged except where otherwise required by law.

5. HAUNTED ATTRACTION WARNING & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Raisin Hell Ranch is intentionally designed to create fear, surprise, disorientation, and intense sensory experiences.

The attraction may include, without limitation:

Complete or partial darkness;
Sudden scares and startle effects;
Loud music, screams, horns, alarms, and other sudden noises;
Strobe lights, flashing lights, and rapidly changing lighting;
Fog, haze, theatrical smoke, dust, and atmospheric effects;
Confined or narrow spaces;
Uneven, natural, or changing walking surfaces;
Cornfields, dirt, gravel, ramps, steps, and outdoor terrain;
Moving or animated props;
Disturbing, frightening, graphic, or mature imagery;
Actors appearing unexpectedly or moving near guests;
Low-clearance areas and obstacles;
Changes in elevation;
Exposure to outdoor weather and environmental conditions; and
Unexpected contact with other guests, walls, barriers, props, or surrounding objects.

By entering, guests voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participating in a haunted attraction and walking through an indoor/outdoor nighttime environment.

Guests are responsible for watching where they are walking, following all instructions, and exercising reasonable care.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, guests agree that Raisin Hell Ranch and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, actors, agents, affiliates, property owners, and representatives will not be responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the ordinary and inherent risks of participating in the attraction or from ordinary negligence where such liability may lawfully be released.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under California law.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY WARNING

Raisin Hell Ranch may not be appropriate for everyone. The attraction is not recommended for pregnant mothers.

Guests should carefully consider whether they should participate if they are pregnant or have a history of or sensitivity to:

Heart conditions;
Seizures or epilepsy;
Photosensitivity;
Asthma or respiratory conditions;
Severe anxiety, panic attacks, or claustrophobia;
Back, neck, joint, or mobility problems;
Vertigo or balance problems; or
Any other physical or medical condition that could be aggravated by intense scares, darkness, flashing lights, loud noises, fog, walking, or uneven terrain.

Guests participate at their own discretion. Anyone uncertain whether participation is appropriate should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before attending.

7. GUEST CONDUCT

For the safety of guests and employees, the following behavior is prohibited:

Touching, grabbing, striking, pushing, threatening, or harassing actors, employees, or other guests;
Intentionally damaging or touching sets, props, equipment, decorations, or barriers;
Running inside the attractions;
Entering employee-only, restricted, or unauthorized areas;
Disorderly, threatening, dangerous, or disruptive conduct;
Smoking or vaping where prohibited;
Bringing outside food or beverages into areas where they are prohibited;
Bringing weapons of any kind onto the property;
Wearing costumes, masks, or facial embellishments that could cause confusion between guests and RHR performers or staff; and
Refusing to follow instructions from RHR employees, security personnel, or emergency personnel.

Raisin Hell Ranch reserves the right to refuse admission or immediately remove any person whose behavior, condition, or actions create a safety concern, interfere with operations, disturb other guests, damage property, or violate these Terms.

Guests removed for violating these policies will not receive a refund.

8. ALCOHOL & INTOXICATION

Guests who appear excessively intoxicated or impaired may be denied admission to an attraction or removed from the property when RHR determines that their participation could create a safety risk to themselves, employees, actors, or other guests.

Being denied attraction admission or removed because of intoxication or impairment does not entitle the guest to a refund.

Guests must comply with all applicable alcohol laws and age-verification requirements.

9. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Unless specifically permitted by Raisin Hell Ranch, guests may not bring prohibited items into the attraction, including:

Weapons of any kind;
Outside alcoholic beverages;
Illegal drugs or substances;
Purses, backpacks, or bags where prohibited;
Costumes, masks, or facial embellishments;
Items that could reasonably be mistaken for weapons or attraction props; or
Any item RHR staff determines may interfere with the safety or operation of the attraction.

RHR reserves the right to require prohibited items to be returned to a vehicle or otherwise removed from the property before admission.

10. WEATHER & OPERATING CONDITIONS

Portions of Raisin Hell Ranch are outdoors and may be affected by weather, ground conditions, agricultural conditions, equipment issues, staffing, emergency situations, or circumstances beyond RHR's reasonable control.

RHR may temporarily delay, pause, modify, reroute, close, or alter an attraction when reasonably necessary for guest or employee safety or operational purposes.

Temporary delays, attraction modifications, longer-than-expected waits, or the temporary unavailability of individual scenes or effects do not automatically entitle guests to refunds.

If Raisin Hell Ranch cancels an event or if applicable law otherwise requires a refund, RHR will follow applicable refund requirements.

11. TICKETS

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, attraction, and ticket type indicated at purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.

Guests are responsible for reviewing their order before completing their purchase.

Raisin Hell Ranch is not responsible for errors made by purchasers when selecting ticket quantities, dates, time slots, or ticket types.

Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, counterfeited, or used more than once.

RHR may invalidate tickets obtained through fraud, unauthorized duplication, charge reversal, or other unlawful means.

12. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for securing their own phones, wallets, keys, glasses, jewelry, clothing, and other personal property.

Raisin Hell Ranch is not responsible for lost, stolen, dropped, damaged, or misplaced personal items except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Guests should not enter restricted attraction areas to retrieve lost property. Notify an RHR employee for assistance.

13. ATTRACTION RULES & STAFF INSTRUCTIONS

Guests must obey all posted signage, attraction-specific rules, safety instructions, and directions from RHR employees and security personnel.

Raisin Hell Ranch may establish additional reasonable rules as necessary for safety and operations.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

14. MINORS

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether Raisin Hell Ranch is appropriate for a minor in their care.

Raisin Hell Ranch is designed to be frightening and intense and is not recommended for children age 12 or younger.

The fact that a minor becomes frightened, cries, refuses to enter, asks to leave, or exits an attraction early does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

15. EMERGENCIES

Guests who experience an injury, medical emergency, or serious safety concern should immediately notify the nearest Raisin Hell Ranch employee or security team member.

Guests must follow all emergency instructions and evacuation procedures.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Raisin Hell Ranch and its owners, operators, employees, agents, contractors, performers, affiliates, property owners, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from attendance or participation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

17. CALIFORNIA LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

To the extent legally permitted, any legal proceeding relating to admission to or participation at Raisin Hell Ranch shall be brought in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in the county in which Raisin Hell Ranch operates.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

19. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

You further acknowledge that:

YOUR RESERVED TIME SLOT IS THE 30-MINUTE WINDOW IN WHICH YOU MAY ENTER THE LINE — IT IS NOT A GUARANTEED ATTRACTION ENTRY TIME.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU, YOUR CHILD, YOUR FRIEND, YOUR DATE, OR ANYONE ELSE IN YOUR PARTY GETS TOO SCARED, CHANGES THEIR MIND, REFUSES TO ENTER, OR LEAVES EARLY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR GUEST-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY EXITS.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law.
